I jailbroke my iPod touch and in a week it crashed. I had to restore it. I do recomned to jailbrake ur iPod because if u incounter any problems u just restore and that is the end. But DONT jailbrake ur iPhone becuase it runs on 3g or 3gs and it will most likely crash without being able to be restored

LAST WEEK I GOT THE IPOD TOUCH 32G 3G AND I WANTED EVERYTHING FOR FREE SO I START LOOKING FOR JAILBRAKING SO I FINALLY FOUND THE ONE IT FITS MY IPOD 3G BLACK RA1N AND I JUST DID IT, I DID EVERYTHING LIKE THEY SAY, I READ ON GOOGLE, AND I DID STEP BY STEP ON YOUTUBE, AND GUESS WHAT I MESSEP UP MY IPOD, AFTER ALL WAS FINE BUT SOME MINUTES LATER WAS FREEZE THE SCREEN WAS BLACK WITH THE LITLLE APPLE, TOUCH IT NOTHING HAPPEN I RESTORED BUT IT WASNT LIKE THE SAME, SO I WENT TO THE STORE AND CHANGE…I GOT MY NEW IPOD TOUCH 32G 3G…AND NO WAY IM GONNA JAIL BREAK IT AGAIN…

joe wat u need to do is plug ur ipod to ur computer and open up watever website u used to jailbreak it. Then you do the same exact steps you did the first time and everything should come back uo the same way you had it before it turned off. Its that easy:)

i just jailbroke my itouch. i turned it off and now i want it back on but its telling me to connect to itunes. but i need to restore my itouch, im afraid that if i restore my itouch then i will lose my music that i bought from the itunes on my itouch… help?

hey guys, so a few yrs ago for my 14th[?] b-day i got the 1st gen ipod touch [im 16 now so whenever they 1st came out]. i jailbroke it, which was AMAZING. then after a while of it being jailbroken the headfone jack stopped woking. took it into apple n they said they wouldnt help me bc i jailbroke it. so i restored it to facotry conditions and brought it in again. well it was past warrenty

this xmas i got the newest ipod touch 64 gb. my mom started lecturing my about how i shouldnt jailbreak this one [blah blahhh blahhhh]

so should i? if something goes wrong couldnt i just restore it to factory conditions n bring it into apple? or would they somehow know it was jailbroken.
