They Will not hold one for you, unless it’s malfunctioned at no cause of your own, such as a “black negative screen issue” They happily exchanged it, and looks much better…also a tip….sense the cases for the iPod touch aren’t really out yet, I saw one that was pretty cool. “iSkin levo” is the stamp on back, so….I cut a thin layer of cardboard from a pretty this, remember it’s only a 3mm difference, and put it inside the rubber the case, then cut out a small hole in the card board where the case has a small window so as not to block the wifi antenna, it’s a little round circle that lets the wifi go “out” then, I cut the small cloth the ipod sits on so as not to get scratched, because with this case it’s no longer needed and hot glued it to the very thin card board cutout. then, after measuring carefully, I cut it all out with a new exacto blade, inserted into the case, and insert the ipod. The cardboard help to fill in the difference in thickness, and the iPod touch fits very snugly in the iPhone case. WooHoo, and when you buy on, only cut off the small tab down by the dock connector, leave the plastic film on the face and rear. It doesn’t affect the touch-ability at all, and will add extra prevention from scratches. all slots like headpone, and usb cable connector are visible (already cutout and easy to access). enjoy. it’s a couple mm taller, but just enough to not worry about, at all…can’t notice a thing. I couldn’t wait for a case, and didn’t want to pay shipping for another, I know I’ll frop this thing, now it’s protected.
