*The music application constantly stops playing and resets itself to the main screen. Then when I go back into the music app it loads a playlist or album or whatever that I've looked at recently (almost like some weird Apple version of system restore). Annoying as hell, and I've been told by the employees at the store I bought it from that I just have to do the two button reset, which usually clears it up for a week or two.
*The date and time always reset to something else. It's hell to get it to keep the proper time on there.
*It freezes when I look at photos online, I've given up pretty much on using Safari for anything because it crashes every single time, I much prefer my Android phone's browsing capabilities :-D
*Not really a glitch per se, but the shuffle setting sucks - I had four songs from a different album by the same artist and they came up all in a row on shuffle, plus my duplicates have played one after another as well (and I doublechecked, it was on shuffle). I have it maxed out (8GB) with probably close to a thousand different artists so this should not be happening this often.
*It gets stuck on fast forward a lot, or it will rush through my cover art when turned sideways and I have to reset it because it won't stop.

I had a Nano and switched to the Touch. On my Nano, if I had it in shuffle mode and powered off...when I turned it back on it would remember my shuflle. The Touch seems to reset each time you power it on. This is annoying, because when I want to shuffle, I don't want to hear the same songs over and over. Can anyone tell me hwo to get it to remember my shuffle??

Jack - (post 145) - the bar you are referring to at the top of the page can be toggled by simply tapping the screen. :)

Feature enhancements:
I wish there was a way to customize the screen while listening to music(i.e. display the bit rate, year, genre, etc)
Also it would be nice if long files names would scroll instead of being cut off.

No problems otherwise.
