@Mike
Try holding the homescreen button (the one with a square at bottom of ipod) and the lockscreen button at the same time for around 10 seconds.
Please reply with your result. :) hope it works...

My daughter was on Facebook last night when the iPod touch quit. The battery was almost fully charged, and there did not seem to be any problems. Now it will not respond at all. I tried putting it on the charger and connecting to my laptop, but nothing is happening at all. Any ideas??

My ipod touch 4th gen is running low on memory and it said i was in a popup when i tried downloading an app from the store. So i the went to my homescreen and deleted at least 4 of my games. (this normally would give me enough space to download atleast 4 apps again) although it didnt... The same message popped up when i tried installing the game.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS OR FIXES IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!
Note: my ipod is jailbrocken but i dont think that has anything to do with it...

I will watch this page for another week if any of you guys reply.
Thanks

So I downloaded the game the Oregon trail on my iPod, and every time I press play,it kicks me back to the home screen. I have reinstalled it, but I can't fix it.

When I am watching a video in my library, I tried to scrub to the front of the video. But when I did that, I will always be relocated back to a certain point in the video. Very very frustrating!

i have an ipod touch 32 gb 4th gen and just recently the volume has started dropping out completely, the slider dissappears of the screen and to get it back i'll have to un-plug my headphones then re-insert them, sometimes it takes a couple of goes to come back and i might a happen numerous times in one song, then other times it won't do it for ages, also when i remove the headphones the volume/slider doesn't re-appear to allow me to use the internal speaker, it will return as soon as i put it on charge though. is this a common warranty fault or something that can be easily fixed?

another thing is, a few months back i went into the camera app and the shutter on the screen closed and has been frozen shut like that ever since? anything that can fix this?
