Hi I have the 1.1.3 and want to install games on it. Does downgrading it mean I will lose any applications or the ability to sync any music? I just basically want to have it changed to play games with no fuss!

If my iPod touch has 1.1.3 when it gets here, and I want to downgrade it, can I just put it in recovery mode and shift restore it to 1.1.2 then put THAT into recovery mode and shift restore it to 1.1.1. My question here is, does that work?
