CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

i have an ipod touch n im trying to downgrade to 1.1.1 it currently has the “latest” version 2.2
but everytime i hit shift/restore it starts to restore with 1.1.1 but then it says “ipod could not restore. unknown error”
what should i do?
help me please

I’ve read through almost every thread and still cant get it done… im using an imac, ive done everything correctly, but when I hold option and choose the 1.1.1 file i downloded it starts to extract then gets to the end and say’s cant restore unknown error (20)……. i also downloaded it through firefox.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE!!!!!!

Hi, I need help to save my ipd touch.
I tried to jailbreak my ipod touch based of ziphone instruction but accidentally click onto the 1st action instead of 2nd action. And i also remove the cable by mistake and now it stated Need Configuration. Idont know what to do as it cannot be detect by itune and it shown no other familiar screen nor application for me to choose….PLS PLS HELP……..THANKS
