It would run for about 2 hours at a time and then turn to a brick. We have a return authorization, but cannot do a hard reset through itunes as the ipod crashed her computer during one of the restores and we are waiting on repair. Is there a way to do a hard reset to wipe out all personal info without connecting to itunes? Will the home & sleep button resotre also wipe out the personal data?
