i have the itunes 7.7.1 but my ipod can’t be restored to 2.0.1.it says the ipod can’t be restored error(5).please help what should i do?

hey guys i bought a used ipod touch, and it already has the APPLE firmware 2.0.1 on it. therefore i dont have the apple firmware on my computer. can i still jailbreak my ipod?

For people looking for a link to download the Ipod Touch Firmware 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 for free these are the links.

For the first link is for 2.0.2 and the second for 2.0.1.
In the first link go to Iphone/Ipod Touch and select the last firmware and click download. In the second link just click on Ipod Touch Firmware 2.0.1. Some say the second link doesnt work but the first one surely does I am downloading 2.0.2 firmware right now from it
