Hey everything works but when it detects the ipod i just see a blank screen i saw the messege this ipod is in recovery mode thingy but now i cant find the place where i press restore any help ?

wen i put my ipod into recovery mode, itunes sais that there is an ipod in recovery mode. so i click on the ipod thingy but it does not let me restore it! help!

alright i got my ipod in DTU mode and when i hook it up to my computer it says an unknown error occured. cannot restore ipod.
