The iPad works as intended. It elevates Apple's use of technology, gives consumers another snazzy device, gives industry and consumers a new platform for which to share apps, makes Apple look good for investors. Basically every new thing is entering market this way - electronics, cars, gadgets. it HAS TO BE that way. Hundreds of folks will buy ipad. They will pay money to be the beta testers and save Steve J. the effort. Than ipad with camera will emerge. Folks wil buy again. Than one with HDMI. Buyers again. You think that technology doesn't exists to release full-packed-all-having ipad? You bet it does. But the big ones don't make their money on us that way. Patience Luke, have patience - like master Kenobi used to say ;-) No this, no that – people, were you born yesterday or what..?
