2.2.1 is the firmware version, not the iPod generation. If has speakers built-in, then its a 2G, and yes, you can jailbreak it with QuickFreedom or Redsn0w if you have 3.0

it has the answers to everthing. it shows you step by step how to get it. im not the brightest person in the world and i got it just go to youtube type in tpod touch jailbreak app. and go from there. simple.

Can somebody “please” help me. I have ordered my “16 gb” “2gen” iPod Touch. And I would like everything to go perfectly with the Jailbreaking downloading. But I don’t want my ipod to be corupted. Please “Email” me with the steps. Or please just make an “YouTube Video”.
