A new Cydia

Cydia is planning upgrade from a mere app repository to an actual App store. For those of you don’t know, Cydia is an application that allows Jailbroken iPods/iPhones to download Apps not available in the official App store. Cydia offers apps not allowed in the App Store, such as the free Cycorder app, which allows the iPhone to shoot video, and PdaNET, a $29 program that allows the iPhone to act as a cellular modem.

Yo rooster i got another question. You know on installous that app that can get you cracked apps on the ipod touch. Theres a feature where you can upload all of the downloaded cracked apps from your ipod touch to itunes. will it be dectected on itunes that it is a cracked app? because i don’t want to get in trouble. i want to see if i get automatic updates if i do that. if i decide to upload all of my cracked apps onto itunes.

I wouldn’t worry about it. I don’t think they would have made the feature if it allowed iTunes to detect that it was jailbroken. Go for it.

HERE IS HOW U CNA DOWNLOAD THIS THING:-
1) Get limera1n on ur PC
2) FOLLOW the damn screen instructions.
3) Open limera1n and there you see source/package to install. Click on Cydia and click the install button. IF u still don’t understand, U FAIL.
